Privacy Policy
ShipGrader collects the minimum needed to run scans.
What we collect
- URLs you submit and the resulting scan report, kept in memory for up to 24 hours so you can view or purchase the report.
- IP address, used only for rate limiting and abuse prevention, kept in memory for minutes.
- Payment details are handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We receive your email and payment status, never your card number.
- Newsletter: if you subscribe, your email is stored by our newsletter provider. Unsubscribe anytime.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell data, don’t use advertising cookies and don’t store the secret values we detect. Evidence in reports is masked.
